I had a small bathroom repair job, where the toilet was loose and the floor around it was soft. I needed a quick and not too expensive repair done, as I was getting my house ready to sell. Marc was able to work my job in between other jobs, and he took care of everything. He removed and replaced the toilet and subflooring, leveled the dirt under the subflooring (and reconnected the dryer vent that he noticed had been disconnected and cleaned up the lint that had accumulated under there), and replaced the tile and baseboards.
